  • The Travel Planning Power Hour is perfect if you're planning your own trip but want a little expert guidance along the way. During our 60-minute video call, we can talk through destinations, review your itinerary, troubleshoot logistics, or tackle your biggest planning questions.

    Custom Trip Planning is for travelers who would rather hand off the research and itinerary-building. I'll create a personalized day-by-day travel plan based on your interests, travel style, and budget.

  • Custom Trip Planning starts at $50 per travel day. Your final quote depends on your trip's length and complexity, especially if you're visiting multiple destinations.

    You'll receive a personalized quote before making any payment or commitment.

  • Start by filling out my trip planning inquiry form. I'll review your details and follow up with a personalized quote and next steps.

    Once you've approved the quote and completed payment, you'll receive a link to schedule our 30-minute kickoff call. From there, I'll get to work building your itinerary!

  • Nope! I'll help you research and organize recommendations for accommodations, activities, restaurants, and transportation, but you'll make all reservations and pay directly with the providers.

    That way, you stay in control of your bookings and travel budget.

  • Absolutely! Multi-destination trips are one of my favorite planning challenges. I can help you figure out how to connect destinations, organize transportation, and build a realistic itinerary that doesn't feel rushed.

    For more complex trips, I'll provide a custom quote based on the planning involved.

  • Ideally, reach out at least 6-8 weeks before your departure date, especially for longer or multi-destination trips. This gives us time to plan thoughtfully and leaves room for booking popular experiences. My average turnaround time is 2 weeks.
